Book Review: In Conclusion, Don't Worry About It
I love short, inspirational reads. Like, when you can sit down with a cup of tea or coffee and by the time you're done, you've read a book and are left with a little inspiration and pep in your step. In Conclusion, Don't Worry About It can be read in under 30 minutes and is actually from a speech Gilmore Girls' Lauren Graham gave at a graduation ceremony.
I'm also a sucker for inspirational and self-help books, so when I discovered this little book and the cover was colorful, I was sold. It's all about perspective. It feels influenced by The Four Agreements and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's work on "Flow." So if those appeal to you, you may enjoy In Conclusion. It's short, sweet, and simple. And, I love that it's filled with Lauren's doodles. Probably won't be something I reread every year, but definitely a nice coffee read. We've added In Conclusions, Don't Worry About It to Faith's library. Based on this book, you may also enjoy: The Four Agreements - Don Miguel Ruiz
